I was just reading some news articals from around the world and this caught my eye....it just happens to be one of my pet hates and i hope Australia follows suit...

Louisiana towns ban fanny-flaunting trousers
Individuals whose pants don't cover underwear, bare skin could face fines

NEW ORLEANS - Hike up those pants. Droopy drawers that bare skin or underwear might soon be forbidden fashion on the streets of two Louisiana towns, and violators could be forced to part with some cash.“I’m tired (of) looking at behinds,” Shreveport Councilwoman Joyce Bowman said after Tuesday’s 4-3 vote to ban fanny-flaunting trousers.Nobody can be arrested just for violating the ordinance, but they could be fined or required to perform community service. The maximum fine for a first offense is $100.Alexandria’s City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to ban the baring. Its ordinance allows some sag, but 3 inches or more can bring a fine of $25 to $200 and a requirement for community service.If the mayors of Shreveport and Alexandria sign the ordinances, they will bring Louisiana’s total to at least six, with at least two more cities considering bans.
Elsewhere, Atlanta’s City Council has held a hearing on a measure to outlaw saggy pants that reveal shorts or thongs.A similar proposal in Stratford, Conn., was soundly rejected this week after critics argued it would be unconstitutional and unfairly target minorities.Some opponents cite other objections.“Are you going to have a ‘sagging’ court?” Michael Williams asked Shreveport’s council. “The police have more important things to do than chase young boys and girls and say ’pull your pants up.”’Well maybe its a bit far fetched....the government could just employ some of the long time un-employed as "wedgee administers" the moment they see a pair of boxers or maybe a G-bangga sticking out they could grab them and reach for the stars.......i give it maybe 6 months full time of doing that and trend will vanish.

Who's Bam-Bam with out Pebbles.

This is my Pebbles.

At the moment she is going a chemo style treatment and has about 8 weeks to go out of a total 48, i cant wait for it to be all over for her sake just as to not see her in so much pain. The cocktail of drugs and injections she has to take are ridiculous,each part of the medication she takes counteracts the side effects from the pill she took to counteract the the last one .......does that make sense......well trust me it does my head just thinking about it!

When we meet she was going to the gym 4-5 days a week, playing netball for club and rep and being a single mum of 4 children so to say the least she was very fit and active, after we met ( I'll take the blame babe) every thing apart from spending time together didn't seem that important any more, than after that it was working and renovating house that we bought so that left no spare time and then came for her to start treatment( she couldn't put it off any longer). Combined with that one of the many effects of the drugs is that it weakens all the muscles around your joints which in turn weakens your......you guessed it your joints, so any form of exercise is extremely pain full, how frustrating it must be to go from being so active and go to being semi dependant on people knowing how so independent she is. Iam trying my best to be there when she needs me but i know i fall short some times ( and iam sorry bub). But the light at the end of the tunnel is nigh and it will be a happy day when its here,most of all for shaz.

There is only one thing that i need her to know and that is that a a beautiful gift is still the same no matter how you wrap it!!!!

These are just a few of the pics to show how much rain is falling at the moment 700mmjust last night............
I probably should have started that ark before the rain.!!

I got up today and turned on the radio to listen to the weather and take a couple of photos of the front yard and they said easing to light showers......that was 7:30... its now 4:15 and it has stayed ridiculously heavy, so there will be no Eumundi market car parking for a few weeks until this drys up.

Not to let this get us down, maybe a new business venture to make use of all this water.........

Immaculate conception.......The birth of my first blog.

Well its been a long time in the making(ok about 5mins) and i have finally set up a blog after watching Shaz, my beautiful better half do it for soooo long and now i have nothing to say......bugga.One things for sure it was easier than i thought, i even go as far as to say its was painless......oh wait that's probably because of the epidural....haha get it ....birth of my first.....immaculate conception.....shit, sorry where do i think up this crap ....but i promise it does get better(well we can only hope for my sake!) It must be all this rain were having here , will it ever stop, its that bad when i checked my e-mails i had a letter from GOD (that's right the big man ) but that wasn't the strange thing, it was when i opened it and it had the plans for a modern day Ark.........i wonder if Centerlink will right that up as work for the dole....
